Creative Direction
Concepts, references, and tone are developed and presented for approval. For scripted work this includes the core message architecture and visual treatment.

Pre-Production
Scripts are finalized, storyboards drawn, locations scouted, talent and crew booked, and the shoot schedule locked. Everything is confirmed in writing before cameras roll.

Production
Filming and photography, whether studio or location, single or multi-camera. A producer manages the day so the schedule holds and every planned shot is captured.

Post-Production
Edit, color grade, sound design, motion graphics, and any required subtitling or localization. Work-in-progress cuts are shared at defined checkpoints.
